RA Power Solutions successfully executed the repair of the crankshaft of MAN Engine Model no. 5L 16/24. We checked the damaged crankpin for taper and ovality. The inspection revealed an ovality of 0.49 mm. We observed Deep bearing line marks. We checked all remaining parameters, including hardness and MPI crack detection. The team found no abnormalities.
