RA Power Solutions recently completed the repair of a centre fuse rear casing machine block at a fertilizer plant in Northern India. The casing had severe oil leakage due to multiple cracks and weak areas. Our engineers cleaned the surface, carried out detailed crack detection using MPI and dye penetrant tests, and identified all damaged zones. The repair was done using metal locking, metal stitching, and metal surgery with special alloy keys and locks. After polishing and sealing with a special chemical, the plant was restarted with no oil leakage.
